(Jesus Heals a Boy with an Unclean Spirit)

(Mác 9:14-27)

 

“Đức Chúa Jêsus với ba người đến cùng các môn đồ khác, thì thấy đoàn dân rất đông vây chung quanh, và mấy thầy thông giáo đang cãi lẽ với các môn đồ ấy. 15 Cả đoàn dân nầy vừa thấy Ngài, liền lấy làm lạ, thảy đều chạy đến chào Ngài. 16 Ngài bèn hỏi rằng: Các ngươi cãi lẽ với môn đồ về việc gì? 17 Một người trong đám đông thưa rằng: Lạy thầy, tôi đã đem con trai tôi tới cho thầy; nó bị quỉ câm ám, 18 không cứ chỗ nào quỉ ám vào thì làm cho nổi kinh phong, sôi bọt mồm, nghiến răng, rồi nó mòn mỏi đi; tôi đã xin môn đồ thầy đuổi quỉ ấy, song đuổi không được. 19 Đức Chúa Jêsus bèn đáp rằng: Hỡi dòng dõi chẳng tin kia, ta sẽ ở cùng các ngươi cho đến chừng nào? Ta sẽ chịu các ngươi cho đến khi nào? Hãy đem con đến cho ta. 20 Chúng bèn đem đứa trẻ cho Ngài. Đứa trẻ vừa thấy Đức Chúa Jêsus, tức thì quỉ vật mạnh nó, nó ngã xuống đất, rồi lăn lóc sôi bọt miếng ra. 21 Đức Chúa Jêsus hỏi cha nó rằng: Điều đó xảy đến cho nó đã bao lâu? Người cha thưa rằng: Từ khi nó còn nhỏ. 22 Quỉ đã lắm phen quăng nó trong lửa và dưới nước, để giết nó đi; nhưng nếu thầy làm được việc gì, xin thương xót chúng tôi và giúp cho! 23 Đức Chúa Jêsus đáp rằng: Sao ngươi nói: Nếu thầy làm được? Kẻ nào tin thì mọi việc đều được cả. 24 Tức thì cha đứa trẻ la lên rằng: Tôi tin; xin Chúa giúp đỡ trong sự không tin của tôi! 25 Khi Đức Chúa Jêsus thấy dân chúng chạy đến đông, thì Ngài quở trách tà ma và phán cùng nó rằng: Hỡi quỉ câm và điếc, Ta biểu mầy phải ra khỏi đứa trẻ nầy, đừng ám nó nữa. 26 Quỉ bèn la lớn tiếng lên, vật đứa trẻ mạnh lắm mà ra khỏi; đứa trẻ trở như chết vậy, nên nỗi nhiều người nói rằng: Nó chết rồi. 27 Nhưng Đức Chúa Jêsus nắm tay nó, nâng lên; thì nó đứng dậy.”

(When they came to the other disciples, they saw a large crowd around them and the teachers of the law arguing with them. 15 As soon as all the people saw Jesus, they were overwhelmed with wonder and ran to greet him. 16 “What are you arguing with them about?” he asked. 17 A man in the crowd answered, “Teacher, I brought you my son, who is possessed by a spirit that has robbed him of speech. 18 Whenever it seizes him, it throws him to the ground. He foams at the mouth, gnashes his teeth and becomes rigid. I asked your disciples to drive out the spirit, but they could not.” 19 “You unbelieving generation,” Jesus replied, “how long shall I stay with you? How long shall I put up with you? Bring the boy to me.” 20 So they brought him. When the spirit saw Jesus, it immediately threw the boy into a convulsion. He fell to the ground and rolled around, foaming at the mouth. 21 Jesus asked the boy’s father, “How long has he been like this?” “From childhood,” he answered. 22 “It has often thrown him into fire or water to kill him. But if you can do anything, take pity on us and help us.” 23 “‘If you can’?” said Jesus. “Everything is possible for one who believes.” 24 Immediately the boy’s father exclaimed, “I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!” 25 When Jesus saw that a crowd was running to the scene, he rebuked the impure spirit. “You deaf and mute spirit,” he said, “I command you, come out of him and never enter him again.” 26 The spirit shrieked, convulsed him violently and came out. The boy looked so much like a corpse that many said, “He’s dead.” 27 But Jesus took him by the hand and lifted him to his feet, and he stood up.’”)

 

 

> Have you personally experienced a demon-possessed incident? (Có bao giờ bạn đã chứng kiến một người bị quỉ ám chưa?)

# Maybe you experience the smell, the facial of the person, the weird voice, and unnatural behavior, the words that the person says… (Có thể bạn đã thấy được gương mặt của người bị ma quỉ điều khiển, dọng nói kỳ quái, cử chỉ điên khùng, và kể cả kinh nghiệm được mùi hôi của nó chăng?)

 

 

I. Spiritual Demonic World

 

1) Whether you have experienced it or not, the truth is that the spiritually demonic world is real. (Mặc dầu có kinh nghiệm hay không, thế giới tà linh là điều có thật.)

> The Bible tells us they are “the rulers, the authorities, the powers of this dark world, and the spiritual forces of evil,” and the head of this evil realm is satan. (Kinh Thánh chép rõ có những quyền lực dữ tợn từ các “chủ quyền, cùng thế lực, cùng vua chúa của thế gian mờ tối nầy, cùng các thần dữ ở các miền trên trời,” mà tên đầu đảng của chúng nó chính là quỉ satan.)

> Satan is probably one of the most beautiful created angels that had fallen from heavenly place, because of his rebellion wanting to become liked God. (Satan có lẽ là một trong những thiên sứ đẹp và đầy quyền phép nhất mà Đức Chúa Trời đã tạo dựng nên, nhưng đã bị đuổi ra khỏi thiên đàng vì nó đã lên mình kiêu ngạo chống nghịch và muốn được giống như Ngài.)

 

> Don’t you know satan is called by many names in the Bible. (Bạn có biết là satan có nhiều tên được nhắc đến trong Kinh Thánh không?)

# His personal name “satan” means “adversary.” (Tên riêng của nó là satan, nghĩa là “kẻ đối nghịch.”)

> He is also called “the devil” in the New Testament, meaning a “false accuser” or “slanderer.” (Nó còn có tên là “kẻ kiện cáo” lên án vu cáo tội lỗi của c/ta ngày và đêm nữa.)

> Other titles of Satan include the tempter (1 Thessalonians 3:5), the wicked one (Matthew 13:19), the father of lies (John 8:44), and three titles that point to Satan’s authority in this world—the ruler of this world (John 12:31), the god of this age (2 Corinthians 4:4), and the prince of the power of the air (Ephesians 2:2). (Những danh xưng khác của satan như là “kẻ cám dỗ, quỉ dữ, cha của sự nói dối - là vua chúa của thế gian, là chúa đời nầy, và là vua cầm quyền chốn không trung.”)

> 2 Corinthians 11:14 says that Satan can transform himself into “an angel of light,” a description that highlights his ability to deceive others. (Trong 2 Côrinhtô 11 chép – “chính quỉ Satan (hay) mạo làm thiên sứ sáng láng,” nói đến đặc tánh của nó hay đi xung quanh lừa dối mọi người.)

 

2) The will of the devils and Satan… is to harm human life physically and spiritually. Why? (Ý của chúng nó là luôn muốn làm hại mọi người phần thể xác, cũng như phần tâm linh. Tại sao vậy?)

> Because they hate God; Satan will do anything to discredit God, and destroy everything beautiful things that God has created; and of all that God loves. (Bởi vì nó thù ghét Đức Chúa Trời; Satan sẽ làm mọi cách để làm xấu danh Ngài, và muốn phá hủy tất cả những gì tốt lành Chúa đã dựng nên và yêu thích.)

> Guess what – one of the most beautiful things God created is human – male and female (you and me) in His own image; so we can have a capacity to connect with God. (Và một trong những điều lạ lùng Chúa đã dựng nên chính là loài người, nam và nữ, giống hình ảnh của Ngài để có mối tương giao liên hệ với Chúa.)

> So satan wants to destroy this connection between God and man, and he was successfully at the gargen to tempt Adam and Eve in sinning against God. (Vì đó mà quỉ satan muốn phá hủy mối liên hệ giữa người với Trời, mà nó đã thành công trong vườn địa đàng, mà cám dỗ Êva và Ađam phạm tội nghịch cùng Đức Chúa Trời.)

> In history, Satan attempted to destroy God’s plan of salvation many times, by trying to exterminate the Jewish people and killing the baby Jesus, but he was not successful. (Trong lịch sử, c/ta cũng thấy đã vài lần nó muốn phá hủy chương trình cứu chuộc của Chúa bằng cách có mưu kế tuyệt chủng dân Do Thái là dân mà từ đó Đấng Cứu Thế sanh ra, hay mưu toan giết hài nhi Giê-xu, nhưng đã không thành công.)

 

> In 1 Peter 5:8 – said today, satan and the devils walk about on earth to do what? “Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.” (Trong 1 Phiêrơ 5 chép rõ sự hoạt động của ma quỉ ngày nay là gì? “Hãy tiết độ và tỉnh thức: kẻ thù nghịch anh em là ma quỉ, như sư tử rống, đi rình mò chung quanh anh em, tìm kiếm người nào nó có thể nuốt được.”)

# Reading the News, you see so many crimes happening everyday from murdering/aborting babies to stealing, looting during the storms, raping; but behind these crimes are the influence and control of the spiritual forces of evil. (Quí vị đọc báo, xem tin tức hằng ngày có thấy biết bao nhiêu là những tội ác mỗi ngày, giết người như vụ bên Plano, TX tuần qua; hiếp dâm, hủy phá những bào thai, ăn cắp kể cả lợi dụng lúc bão vào; nhưng đằng sau những tội ác này bạn có thấy quyền lực xuí dục sai khiến của ma quỉ không?)

 

 

II. Devil Destroyed a Little Boy Life

 

> We see in this incident mentioned in the Gospel Mark 9 that the devils were destroying a little boy life. (C/ta thấy ngày xưa trong sách Tin Lành Mác 9, ma quỉ cũng muốn phá hủy cuộc đời của một đứa bé trai.)

> By the way, this incident was not only recorded by Mark, but also in the book of an eyewitness of a disciple named Matthew in Gospel Matthew 17:14-21, and later repeated in Luke 9:37-43. (Sự kiện quỉ ám đứa bé này không phải chỉ có chép trong sách Mác mà thôi, nhưng còn được ghi chép lại bởi môn đồ Mathiơ đã chứng kiến, và sau này còn được ghi chép trong sách Luca 9 nữa.)

> My point here is that this was not a story, not a myth; but an actual event that was carefully recorded in the Bible by witnesses. (Điểm tôi muốn nói ở đây, sự kiện xảy ra ở đây không phải là một câu chuyện cổ tích huyền thoại, truyền thuyết, nhưng là một sự kiện thật đã xảy ra và được các môn đồ chứng kiến.) 

 

> How did the demons possess the little boy? (Làm thế nào mà đứa bé trai này bị quỉ ám vậy?)

> We don’t really know; the Bible didn’t say; but the common sense is when anyone messes around with the devils and their works, that person opens the door for them to enter, to control and to destroy his life. (C/ta không biết rõ vì Kinh Thánh không có nói; nhưng theo ý thông thường thì khi một người có liên hệ đến tà linh và những công việc của nó, chính là lúc c/ta mở cánh cửa toan hoang cho c/nó vào chiếm ngự, điều khiển và rồi phá hủy cuộc đời của c/ta.)

# Today you may open the doors for them to come in when you keep watching those horror movies, reading a terror and mysterious book or horoscope, involving with witchcraft or friends who are doing them, trying socery and even seeking idol divination through palm readings. (Ngày hôm nay c/ta cũng có thể mở cửa cho nó bước vào khi c/ta hay xem những phim ma quái, đọc những sách truyện có những thuyết tà linh, đọc tử vi hằng ngày, hay liên hệ đến việc cầu cơ, bói toán, và xem chỉ tay.)

> These things can surely steal or even destroy your faith. (Những sự liên hệ này với thế giới tà linh chắc chắn sẽ phá hủy niềm tin của c/ta nơi Chúa, và làm hại cuộc đời của mình.)

 

> This kind of demon-possessed illness happened to the little boy, you cannot go to any doctor to find a cure for it, because it is in the spiritual realm. (Vấn đề đứa bé trai bị quỉ ám là việc ở ngoài tầm tay của loài người, không có vị bác sĩ nào có thể chữa được vì thuộc thế giới tà linh.)

> The father loved his son, just liked us; So, he tried to seek Jesus because he may already hear about many miracles that Jesus had done. (Người cha vì thương con mình, nhưng không tìm được một phương cứu chữa nào khác, cho nên có ý định phải tìm kiếm Chúa Giê-xu, vì nghe đến tiếng tăm của Ngài đã từng làm những phép lạ.)

# There were about 34 miracles Jesus did, and recorded in the Bible. (Trong Kinh Thánh có ghi chép lại tối thiểu 34 phép lạ Chúa Giê-xu đã làm.)

> Before this healing miracle, Jesus already did 24 of them, so His name was well known during that time. (Trước phép lạ này, thì Kinh Thánh có chép 24 phép lạ Chúa Giê-xu đã làm khắp nơi.)

 

> But Jesus was a person that not easy to get close to, because of the crowd always surroungding Him; everyone had needs and everyone wanted to get healed too. (Nhưng đến gần Chúa để xin một phép lạ chữa bệnh không có dễ dàng, là vì có đám đông cản trở; Ai cũng có nhu cầu, ai cũng muốn được chữa lành, cho nên người ta ai nấy chen lấn nhau để được đến gần Chúa.)

> Also, bringing a sick child to Jesus was not an easy task. (Vả lại đem một đứa bé đang bị quỉ ám, nổi kinh phong, sôi bọt mép như vậy đến với Chúa đâu phải là một việc dễ làm?)

# I remember when my mom was still alive, bringing her who had the Alzheimer disease and limited body movement to see a doctor was not easy.

> The father could not find Jesus for help, because He was with three other disciples: Peter, James and John, on the high mountain where Jesus transfigured His glory before them. (Người cha không tìm đâu ra Chúa Giê-xu, vì Ngài đã lên núi cùng với 3 môn đồ: Phiêrơ, Giacơ và Giăng, là lúc Chúa đã hóa hình cho họ xem thấy.)

> So the next best choice for the father to do was to seek Jesus’ disciples. (Cho nên người cha thất vọng chỉ còn một cách nữa thôi đó là đem đứa con mình đến cho các môn đồ của Chúa để nhờ đuổi quỉ ra.)

 

> But there was a problem - Jesus’ disciples could not drive out the evil spirit in the boy. Why? (Nhưng người cha thất vọng càng hơn, vì các môn đồ của Chúa không đuổi quỉ ra được, mà có lẽ còn làm khổ đứa trẻ hơn nữa - Tại sao vậy?)

> From the answer of Jesus later, He explained that because of their unbelief and weak faith. (Theo như lời Chúa Giê-xu phán sau đó là vì họ không có sự tin cậy nơi Chúa hòan toàn hay vì yếu đức tin.)

> In v. 22, we see that the father’s faith was weak because he doubted Jesus, by saying “if You can do anything?” (Trong c. 22, c/ta nhận thấy đức tin yếu đuối của người cha, vì ông nghi ngờ quyền năng của Chúa khi nói: “nếu thầy làm được việc gì?”) 

 

> We need to understand few basic truths about the realm of angels: (C/ta cần học biết 2 điều căn bản về thế giới thần linh, các thiên sứ Đức Chúa Trời đã dựng nên:)

1) Angels, including satan are spiritual beings (without true physical bodies); They were created as an order of creatures higher than humans; Therefore, they possess greater knowledge, intelligence, and power than human; Although their knowledge is limited; They do not know all things as God does. (Thứ nhất, thiên sứ là những thần linh (không có hình dạng thể xác); Chúng nó là loài giống được dựng nên cao hơn loài người, nên chúng nó có quyền lực, sự hiểu biết khôn ngoan cao hơn loài người c/ta; nhưng sự hiểu biết có giới hạn không như Đức Chúa Trời, vì c/nó cũng chỉ là loài tạo vật.)

# In the Old Testament – 2 Kings 19:35, one time God sent out just an angel who powerfully destroyed a whole Assyrian army of 185,000 soldiers – “That night the angel of the Lord went out and put to death a hundred and eighty-five thousand in the Assyrian camp. When the people got up the next morning—there were all the dead bodies!” (Nhớ trong 2 Các Vua 19 chép có lần Chúa sai một thiên sứ đến trong đêm và giết chết 185,000 người Asyria để báo vệ dân sự của Ngài – “Trong đêm đó, có một thiên sứ của Đức Giê-hô-va đi đến trong dinh A-si-ri, và giết một trăm tám mươi lăm ngàn người tại đó. Sáng ngày mai, người ta thức dậy, bèn thấy quân ấy, kìa, chỉ là thây đó thôi.”)

> To overcome the demonic world, we as human must depend on a greater power that come from God Who is the Creator of all, including angels. (Để có thế thắng được thế giới tà linh, c/ta phải nhờ cậy vào quyền năng của Đấng Chí Cao, Đấng Tạo Hóa đã dựng nên muôn loài, kể cả loài giống các thiên sứ.)

> Without trusting and depending on God’s power, no one can drive the demons out of a demon-possessed person. (Nếu không tin cậy và lệ thuộc vào quyền năng của Chúa, không ai cuối cùng sẽ đuổi được quỉ ám hết.)

 

2) Demonic (fallen angelic) world have many ranks, with the head is satan. (Thế giới tà linh có nhiều cấp bậc khác nhau.)

# Another miracle in Mark 5, Jesus healed a demon-possessed man living in a cemetary at Gerasenes, and He asked him, “What is your name?” the man (evil spirit inside) replied “My name is Legion, for we are many.” (Nhớ trong Mác 5, có lần Chúa Giê-xu đuổi quỉ ra khỏi một người bị ám sống trong nghĩa địa ở vùng Giêrasê thì Ngài hỏi tà linh rằng: Mầy tên gì? Thì nó thưa là: Tên tôi là Quân đội; vì chúng tôi đông.”)

> If we have to deal with higher ranks of devils, we would need stronger faith in God to drive them out; And this could mean serious praying and supplement with fasting, seeking God with all our heart and mind. (Cho nên khi đối diện với những ma quỉ cao cấp, dữ tợn hơn thì c/ta càng phải có đức tin vững mạnh hơn thì mới đuổi ra được; đây có nghĩa là c/ta phải càng thêm sự cầu nguyện, kể cả thêm sự kiêng ăn, biệt riêng thì giờ ra tìm kiếm Chúa hết lòng, và hết sức.)

 

 

III. When the Devil Spirit Met Jesus

 

> What happened when these demonic realms met Jesus in this incident? (Chuyện gì đã xảy ra khi tà linh dữ tợn ở trong đứa bé trai này đối diện với Chúa Giê-xu?)

> Did Jesus run away from this spiritual clash or did He give up and pass it on to someone else? (Chúa Giê-xu có thút lui từ chối, hay chịu thua dồn việc này cho một người nào khác không?)

> Did Jesus call down other angels to help driving this evil spirit out? (Chúa Giê-xu có gọi một số những thiên sứ khác từ trên trời xuống giúp đỡ Ngài không?)

> None the above, but Jesus said “bring it on.” (Không! Nhưng chỉ nói hãy đem đứa trẻ đến cùng Ngài.)

 

> What happened to the little boy, when the evil spitrits saw Jesus? Did they recognize Him? (Chuyện gì xảy ra ngay khi đứa bé trai được đem đến cùng Chúa Giê-xu? Tà linh có nhận biết Chúa là ai không?)

> Don’t you know that demons know God and the Bible more than many of us? (Các bạn có biết là các tà linh ma quỉ biết Chúa và kể cả biết Kinh Thánh còn hơn là nhiều người trong c/ta không?)

# In the previous Mark 5 miracle, the same thing happened when the demons saw Jesus and screamed: “When he (the demons inside the man) saw Jesus from a distance, he ran and fell on his knees in front of him. 7 He shouted at the top of his voice, “What do you want with me, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? In God’s name don’t torture me!” (Trước đó ở phép lạ trong sách Mác 5, ma quỉ cũng phản ứng giống như vậy, kêu la lớn tiếng vì nhận biết ra Đức Chúa Trời thành nhân đang đến để phán xét chúng nó - “Người (bị quỉ nhập) thấy Đức Chúa Jêsus ở đằng xa, chạy lại sấp mình xuống trước mặt Ngài, 7 mà kêu lớn rằng: Hỡi Đức Chúa Jêsus, Con Đức Chúa Trời rất cao, tôi với Ngài có sự gì chăng? Tôi nhân danh Đức Chúa Trời mà khẩn cầu Ngài, xin đừng làm khổ tôi.”)

> When the devils saw Jesus, they got angry and even tried to hurt the boy more. (Khi tà linh thấy Chúa Giê-xu, nó giận dữ và càng muốn làm hại đứa bé hơn nữa,  vật mạnh đứa bé ngã xuống đất, rồi lăn lóc sôi bọt miếng ra.)

> How did Jesus deal with the evil spirit? (Chúa đã hành động như thế nào?)

> First, what did Jesus ask/rebuke the father? “How long has he been like this?” (Trước tiên, có vẻ như Chúa trách người cha sao lại để tình trạng kéo dài đến lúc quá tệ như vậy?)

> How long have you dragged casting your troubles to God in prayer? (Bạn đã để ỳ những nan đề khổ tâm của mình bao lâu rồi, mà sao chưa đem trao cho Chúa đi?)

> How long have you left your faith so dry and weak? (Bạn đã để cho đức tin của mình bị trôi dạt, khô cằn bao lâu rồi, mà không mau quay trở lại kêu cầu Chúa đi?)

 

> And then in v. 25, Jesus rebuked the impure spirit one time - “You deaf and mute spirit, I command you, come out of him and never enter him again.” (Và rồi trong c. 25, Chúa quở trách chỉ một lần và đuổi quỉ ám ra khỏi đứa bé trai, và không cho phép nó trở lại nhập vào đứa bé nữa.)

> Note that Jesus didn’t have to open a thick manual and read for a long time to drive the spirit out? (Chúa Giê-xu chỉ phán một lời thôi, Ngài không cần phải đem ra một cuốn sách dày, đọc đi đọc lại những câu thần chú thì mới đuổi nó ra được.)

# He didn’t have to scream out of His lungs for long time to command it to go out? (Chúa cũng không cần phải gào thét, hay là phải cắt tay chân mình ra như các thần khác thì mới đuổi ra được?)

# He didn’t have to repeat many times or beg them to come out? (Chúa không cần phải lập đi lập lại thì quỉ câm và điếc này mới chịu nghe theo lời Ngài.)

# He didn’t negotiate with the demons with food or priviledges for them to obey Him? (Chúa đâu có cần phải thương lượng đút lót cho nó đồ ăn, hay quyền lợi thì nó mới vâng theo đâu?)

> No, He just said once “Get out and do not bother the boy anymore.” (Nhưng Chúa chỉ phán “Hỡi quỉ câm và điếc, ta biểu mầy phải ra khỏi đứa trẻ nầy, đừng ám nó nữa,” liền nó vật thằng bé lần nữa, nhưng cuối cùng vâng lời đi ra khỏi đứa bé trai.)

> Do you see Jesus’ power? Do you feel His supreme authority? Do you recognize God’s sovereignty in Jesus? (Bạn có thấy được quyền năng của Chúa Giê-xu không? Bạn có cảm thấy được thẩm quyền tối cao của Chúa không? Bạn có nhận biết được quyền tể trị của Đức Chúa Trời ở trong Ngài không?)

# Oh! How I wish to be there and witness this Creator’s power in Jesus! (Tôi ước mong một ngày về nước thiên đàng, Chúa cho trở lại qúa khứ, chứng kiến được sự kiện này khi Chúa phán và đuổi quỉ dữ ra khỏi đứa bé.)

 

 

IV. Purposes of the Miracles

 

> Why did Jesus do these miracles? (Tại sao Chúa Giê-xu làm những phép lạ này?)

 

1) To show the great love of God Who cares for our troubles and wants to rescue us from the power of darkness. (Chúa Giê-xu làm những phép lạ thứ nhất để bày tỏ tình yêu thương vĩ đại của Đức Chúa Trời đến cho nhân laọi, muốn giải cứu c/ta ra khỏi quyền lực mờ tối của thế giới tà linh.)

> That’s why Jesus came to die on the cross for our sins, to get rid the sting of death, and to give those who believe in Him the eternal life. (Chính vì đó mà Chúa Giê-xu đã đến thế gian chịu chết trên cây thập tự chuộc tội cho c/ta, hủy diệt cái nọc của sự chết, và ban cho những kẻ tin sự sống đời đời.)

> No thing can do, no body can help; and “God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” (Không có ai cũng không có cách nào để loài người thoát ra được sự phán xét của tội lỗi, cho đến khi Đức Chúa Trời “ban Con một của Ngài, hầu cho hễ ai tin Con ấy không bị hư mất mà được sự sống đời đời.”)

> There is no one that has the power to break the bondage of sins other than His only Son, Jesus. (Không ai có quyền năng để có thể bức đứt xiềng xích nô lệ của tội lỗi, quyền lực của các tà linh trong đời sống của c/ta được, ngoại trừ bởi chính Đức Chúa Trời, qua Con Ngài là Cứu Chúa Giê-xu.)

 

> Through Jesus’ miracles, we know that God knows and cares for our needs – physically, emotionally, and spiritually, everyone of them in details. (Qua phép lạ của Chúa Giê-xu, c/ta tin rằng Đức Chúa Trời biết rõ mỗi nhu cầu, mỗi khó khăn, mỗi con đương cùng của c/ta phải đối diện, và Ngài muốn cứu giúp c/ta, y như Chúa Giê-xu đã làm cho người cha có đứa con trai bị quỉ ám ở đây.)

# So you need to cast all your problems, your life messes, headaches, brokenness to Him, for He knows and cares for us, individually. (Như vậy bạn hãy dâng mọi điều lo lắng, cực nhọc cho Chúa vì Ngài hay chăm sóc c/ta.)

> Don’t delay, don’t drag any longer, don’t live without Jesus too long to the point that you can’t control your life anymore, but the devil will. (Đừng trì hõan, đừng chờ đợi nữa; Hãy đến với Chúa ngay, để bạn không bị rớt vào tình trạng quá nặng nề mà không còn cách nào chữa được nữa sao?)

> Did Jesus do the miracles for Himself? No, but to help our faith to see Who He is. (Có phải Chúa Giê-xu đã làm những phép lạ này cho mình không? Không, nhưng để giúp đỡ đức tin của mỗi c/ta thấy được chính Ngài là ai.)

> These miracles drew the line between Jesus as the living God in the flesh, and all other religious leaders. (Những phép lạ rõ ràng cho c/ta phân biệt được giữa Trời và người, giữa Đấng Tạo Hóa chí cao ở trong con người Chúa Giê-xu và mọi giáo chủ khác là những loài vật được dựng nên.)

> No one could do exactly what Jesus did, because they are all created as human who is created even a lower order than angels. (Không ai có quyền năng như Chúa, bởi vì mọi người c/ta đều đã được dựng nên, kể cả ở dưới dòng giống các thiên sứ nữa.)

> We know this because everyone of us will soon lose to the angel of death. (C/ta biết rõ điều này là vì ai trong c/ta rồi cũng phải chịu thua thần chết mà thôi.)

> Except Jesus Who died, buried in the tomb, but after 3 days, He was raised again to the eternal life, and claimed in John 11:25 - “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die;” (Ngaọi trừ Chúa Giê-xu đã chết, chôn, nhưng sau 3 ngày đã sống lại vinh quang y như một lần đã tuyên bố - “Ta là sự sống lại và sự sống; kẻ nào tin ta thì sẽ sống, mặc dầu đã chết rồi.”)

 

> Now, the real question is – do you believe this? Do you believe in Jesus as He claimed He is? (Bây giờ còn câu hỏi cuối cùng là bạn có dám tin Chúa Giê-xu như vậy không?)

> Are you willing to come to Jesus, just as the father brought his son to Jesus? (Bạn có sẽ bằng lòng đến với Chúa Giê-xu không, như người cha đã đem con trai mình đến với Ngài?)

> Just come to Jesus today, doesn’t matter what condition of your faith is. (Chỉ hãy đến với Chúa Giê-xu, không cần biết mức độ đức tin của bạn có là thể nào.)

> Then you will receive healing, freedom from the power of darkness, and the hope of the eternal life that no one can give you. (Bạn hãy đến với Chúa để nhận lãnh mọi sự chữa lành, sự buông tha khỏi những quyền lực đen tối của tà linh, và sự trông đợi của sự sống đời đời, mà chỉ một mình Chúa Giê-xu mới ban cho được mà thôi.)

> Let’s say you have a cancer and you need to do a surgery to remove all the cancer cells.

> Let’s say you have all the choices to choose any doctor in the world who will perform your surgery?

> Who would you choose to cut into your body?

> I am sure you would pick the best doctor to treat you?

> You wouldn’t pick a homeless person – would you?

> Would you pick your best friend who you like so much but has no knowledge about this sickness or surgery skill?

 

> Everyone of us has a worse cancer cells that called sin, which can destroys both our soul and body eternally in the lake of fire called hell.

> I know you don’t want to hear it, but that doesn’t change the reality of the cancerous sin.

> The real question is who can you find to take care this sin problem for you?

 

> Go ahead and look around – do you see anyone who has the ability to take care this for you?

> Look inside of you – do you think you can take care that for yourself when we cannot even overcome a small temptation?

> Look in the history of mankind, all religious leaders are death and buried in the dust.

> Except Jesus Who came, did many miracles to prove of what He claimed that He is the only Savior can save and can give you the eternal life, and defeated death once and for all.

 

> We need a best “surgeon” for our cancerous sin problem? Jesus is the only One.

> He would not charge you for anything; He would not reject your faith, but He gives it to you freely. What else can we ask? Why do we wait?

> Why do you delay coming to Him? How long have you been waiting?

# Wait no longer, and just come to Jesus right now.

 

> Bring to Jesus all your brokennesses and troubles, then He will put them back together and give you something new even better than before, but you must come to Him.

# Is there a life that has no brokenness?

> I had experienced once, but Jesus brought me out of it and gives me a new life.

> He can help you too, if you are willing to do the same?

> Anyone here need healing physically, emotionally, spiritually?

# Come to Jesus.

Jesus Heals a Boy with an Unclean Spirit

(Mark 9:14-27)

 

·        Have you ___________ experienced a demon-possessed incident?

·        Spiritually demonic world is real & the head of this evil realm is _____.
