WELCOMING MINISTRY

Purpose:

• To welcome non-believers and help them sit with Christians or better members of the Follow-up, Prayer or Welcoming team

Task:

• Pass out flyers and invitations
• Be at the event early to direct people to the auditorium and help seat them
• Distributing, collecting “Phieu Gop Y” and pass out CD’s
• Preparing donation box and collecting donations

Requirements:

• Be at the training session on 10/09
• Join teams to pass out flyers and invitation 10/15-10-30
• Be at the event with formal clothes: ao dai for the females and shirt and tie for the males with name tag
• Be ready to participate in the task describe above on the event date 11/05
